I remember CJ telling me that he did some family tree research on a trip to Ireland, and that the original five Lynch brothers came from a wealthy family. I have executed numerous searches, and I cannot find any such records of wealth in the five Lynch brothers that emigrated to Marthasville. I can see how CJ may have thought that the Lynch Castle in Summerhill Meath Ireland was a confirmation that there was wealth in the Lynch Irish family.

CJ told me that the Lynch family came to Ireland as part of the Norman invasion. What I have confirmed is that the owners of the Lynch Castle in Summerhill Meath Ireland were part of those Norman-Irish. Plus historical records suggest that in the 1100s Andrew Lynch, was ‘the first Anglo-Norman Lynch in Ireland’, and the estate in Summerhill, County Meath was provided to Andrew by my maternal 24th great-grandfather King of England Henry II.

Andrew Lynch's bloodline's wealth dries up is in the 1650s when his descendant Gerald Lynch was dispossessed of the Lynch castle in Summerhill, Meath by Cromwell. After the dispossession, the entirety of all men in the Lynch castle clan were put to death with Cromwell, leaving only the women. The Summerhill Lynch male bloodline was eradicated by Cromwell's forces. This is what creates the brick wall in the ancestry records.

By the way, do you remember the day that you told me that my cousin was Che Guevara? That just happens to be the day that you came to my defense. I had been talking with CJ about the five Lynch brothers, and CJ said, "You and your ancestor have something in common. You both killed someone and never went to jail.".

At the Georgia Archives, I found the record that CJ was talking about. Patrick Lynch's son James, my first cousin four times removed, did get into a bar fight, and James shot the barkeep Mr. Ennis dead. I even researched the court records to find the reason that James never went to jail. I found that Patrick Lynch with his rock quarry and plantation money paid several hundred dollars to Mrs Ennis. Just like the 1075 Peachtree Battle Ave property bond kept me out of jail in 1977.

The same day that you told me about Che and CJ told me about James, I asked CJ if he would be so kind as to inform me as to his intentions regarding the divorce agreement. CJ was quick to respond, "I sold the company for one dollar. You and your brothers are going to each get 33 cents."

This is when you came to my defense. You reached over and softly slapped CJ's on his right shoulder, and with a smile you said, "Oh CJ.". Then you looked directly into my eyes and said, "Do not worry, David, you will get yours.". I maintained my look to you, and my response was, "What does that mean?"

You looked at CJ then looked back at me and said, "Oh, don't worry. You will get yours.". Again I asked, "What does that mean?", but this time you did not answer. I never thought that you would intentionally lie to me, so I am deeply saddened in the year 2021 that I have to ask again, "What does that mean?"

Did you lie to me that day when you showed true compassion for me? I respected your words, "Do not worry, David. You will get yours.". Are you going to continue to cast pain and suffering upon me by not executing the requirements set forth in the divorce agreement?

The day CJ sold Shepard, I was working there looking forward to a future in the convention business, but CJ pulled the rug out from under my feet. Are you going to keep pulling the rug out from under my feet?

You may remember that CJ made a prediction that I would hold at least 10 patents. He did not understand that when you work for a company like IBM, you no longer own your intellectual property. IBM has you sign away your dreams.

After leaving IBM's intellectual property agreement behind, I have been working on an equation that several famous scientists including Dr Fred Partus, who holds 35 patents in fiber optic technology, have acknowledged that my equation could change the way that Science looks at the Universe.

My equation strongly suggests the Universe is in a Steady State, and not the result of a Big Bang. Even the department head where I received my BSCS at Southern Tech, Dr Bob Harbort says that my equation can change the world's view of the Big Bang, and other PhD scientists around the world have confirmed that my equation may be true.

The potential of my life is tremendous, and I have been writing a story about my life. Spanning from the three Colla brothers out into a future based on my equation. I may be recorded as one of the most famous people to have lived. LENS: Lynch, Einstein, Newton, Socrates. So KnoWell, that you are an integral part of my story, and at this moment the choice is yours as to how you will be recorded in the epic of my life.

I KnoWell, that you are quite aware of the story around the Immaculate Conception Shrine, and that the Shrine rests on stones quarried and placed by Patrick Lynch. Surely you know that Patrick Lynch helped to negotiate the salvation of the Shrine and several other buildings around Atlanta from Sherman's destructive fire.

In your research with CJ, did you make the connection to Gone With the Wind? The owner of the plantation Tara was from Meath Ireland. With Tara being the hill in Slane where middle Ireland Kings were crowned, including one of the three Colla brothers. At the Georgia archives, I could find only one family from Meath Ireland that lived in Atlanta during the American Civil War, and that family was the Lynch brothers.

The connections continue. Gone With the Wind mentions a store on Decatur Street, and guess who owned a store on Decatur Street? My third great-grandfather, James Lynch.

Historical documents have a way of revealing the truth. For example: CJ states in his signed 19 May 1994 letter to Dean Welch, that he wanted to be the biggest SOB in death. I assure you CJ's last will has easily met that biggest SOB requirement.

In that same letter, CJ states, "If Mary Ann was not in the picture, I would take it with me or spend it all first.". By CJ admitting that he will not take the money with him or spend the money before his death to ensure the money is given to you, clearly CJ has in writing confessed to Mr Welch his intention to breach the contract set forth in his divorce agreement. CJ's letter admits that he left the money to you.

I ask you to soul search and question your heart. Please do not let CJ's negative emotion envelope your actions. Is history going to record that the hatred that CJ harbored for Jeanne was the emotion that you chose your actions to be based upon, or will you embrace that once honest love for me by honoring the divorce agreement, thus putting an end to the extremely hurtful decades long grudge.

I lost my father many years ago to his hatred for Jeanne. I am not sure that CJ actually ever knew who I was. When I would visit, CJ would call me Charles, or Lawrence, and I would correct him by saying, "David" each time he called me by my brother's name. I firmly BLeave that CJ was face blind. He could not tell the difference between my brothers and I. CJ always said that there was something wrong with my state of mind. Clearly, CJ was projecting.

There is no question to the fact that Shepard's has provided a life of comfort for you, and CJ admitted his intention to leave the money to you, so do not insult my intelligence by reiterating your previous claim that the estate is bankrupt. Shepard's money paid for 1075 Peachtree Battle Ave, and most likely purchased properties in South Carolina.

The true irony of CJ filling himself with a lifetime of hate is that Charles maybe an Elrod, Lawrence maybe a Heyser, and CJ maybe a Connolly.
