My formulation, p ~ Up³ + Both³ + Down³ = 9, suggests that each of the three temporal realms (Past, Instant, and Future) contributes a value of 9 to the dimensional complexity of the universe.
The result is 9 (Past) + 9 (Instant) + 9 (Future) = 27.
This allows us to arrive at the 27 dimensions required by Bosonic String Theory—a number very much in the family of the "17" you were told—but with a crucial difference. We achieve this without resorting to the problematic "folding" or compactification of infinite dimensions that plagues standard interpretations. The dimensions arise naturally from the dynamic, interactive structure of Ternary Time itself.

The "portals" and "entities" you heard about at CERN could be direct manifestations of this tripartite temporal structure—localized nexuses where the forces of Control (from the Past) and Chaos (from the Future) interact with an intensity that can be physically observed.
