      Thank you for responding.

I could go to other subaru dealers, but they did not give me the extremely
negative service experience and atrocious trade-in offer, so they would
have less incentive than Subaru of Gwinnett to make things right.

My email to subaru of Gwinnett has gone unanswered, so I walk away with a
never again subaru, never again subaru montra etched in my brain.

      Thanks again,
      David

      Hi, David.

Confirming that your previous email has been received. Thank You. I think
I understand the gist of what you were communicating. Once again, I
apologize for the technical concerns that you are experiencing.

If Subaru of Gwinnett has not yet responded to your email, they may be as
overwhelmed in sales inquiries as we are with service inquiries.  You
may consider visiting their showroom and speaking with someone. And
perhaps it is a good idea to also give some other Subaru retailers the
opportunity to earn your business, as well.

      Wishing you the best,

      Matthew,

I am appalled that Subaru of Gwinnett would present a sales offer that
contained a grossly under market value for my outback.

I was already upset with the incompetence of your service department, but
when you advised me that my car was worth 28k and you would sell it for a
2k profit off my misery, I included your sales department in my complaint
against your service department with Subaru of America.

After seeing that your website has a 2022 outback listed at the middle of
the KBB's market trade-in value,  I looked to see what KBB values my
      car.

Using your dealership's middle of the KBB's market trade-in value for my
car, your offer should have been a no cost to me swap, and you still would
make 2k off of my misery.

Attached are screenshots of my car's KBB value, your 2022 outback's KBB
value both based off the vin numbers, and your websites listing that uses
the KBB value as a selling point.

I have been in contact with management at Subaru of America, and I have
made them are fully aware of your dealership's incompetence regarding
service and your atrocious attempt to steal 7k from me.

The only salvation for this situation is a no cost to me swap for the
      outback you quoted me.

Subaru of America and I await your answer.

I did make Subaru of America aware that I witnessed Lance go over an above
by offering a free window tint to a woman with a scratch on her driver's
door glass that he could not see.

This was just before you made me the money grab offer, I told you that I
personally complimented Lance for providing customer service at a level
that I heard about and originally led me to my purchase of a Subaru.

Yet, you take advantage of me. Shame Subaru, Shame.

      Matthew,
The outback has exhibited a concerning behavior.
Before the update, the rear collision warning sounded a few times. Each
alert was accurate including once where a person was standing to the left
      behind my car.
The rear camera showed a glare from the sun. The system worked.
After the update, I have had two phantom back up alerts.
I was backing out of a parking space in a publix parking lot where there
      was nothing behind me.
The system was convinced there was something behind me, so I got out and
      looked. Nothing was there.
      Not good.
I appreciate you giving me the quote yesterday, but it has not sat well
with me. After watching the service manager bend over backwards,  I
got my hopes up that Subaru of Gwinnett would not try to profit $5,500
      from my misery.
      Later,
      David
