My name is David Noel Lynch born 16 May 1960 at Piedmont hospital. I am a
sixth generation Atlantan.
In the early 1840s during the Irish potato famine, five brothers were
given a Catholic wake before immigrating from Slane Parish in Meath
Ireland to Marthasville Ga.
As documented in Franklin Garrett's books "Atlanta and Environs", the five
brothers became instrumental in the transition of Marthasville into
Atlanta.
For example: The oldest church in Atlanta, the Immaculate Conception
Shrine, rests of stones quarried, placed, and donated by my great great
great uncle Patrick Lynch.
When I was a child, my grandfather Colquitt O'Hern owned Shepard
Decorating Company located where the O'Hern House is today at 16 William
Holmes Borders Senior Dr NE.
Some of my earliest memories are playing the the 4 story Shepard
Decorating Company building. From the upper floor had a birds eye view of
Ebenezer Baptist Church.
On many occasions, I witnessed the Sunday crowd around Ebenezer Baptist
Church, but I only had a general understanding of Martin Luther King's
message.
All around downtown Atlanta, I saw the whites only signs, I saw the police
state encircle peaceful protestors, and I saw the slums from four stories
up.
Sadly, my father was a racist that promoted hate. Luckily my mother taught
me that we are all Gods children, and to love one another.
On 19 Jun 1977, I was involved in a serious automobile accident. Due to
the injures received in that accident, I have a persistent memory of being
dead.
People are quick to say, "Oh you had a near death experience." Let me
confess to you, there was nothing near to my death experience. I was
there.
When I joined Dr. Bruce Greyson's study, the 500 questions were littered
with, "In your near death experience', so I would scratch out the word
near.
Bruce asked me about my reasoning behind scratching out the word near, and
I responded, there was nothing near to it.
I would love to sit with you as a pastor and discuss my death experience,
but I approach you today as a US Senator.
Our country is being crippled by a free press that has been co-opted for
corporate gain at a cost of our society.
The roots of racism that I witnessed first hand as a child are been
nurtured back to life by a profit driven media system that intentionally
divides Americans.
I earned a BSCS with a minor in Artificial Intelligence from Southern Tech
in Marietta Ga.
After graduating, I worked ten years for IBM developing software like
Lotus Notes, and my expertise elevated me to the fifth management layer
from the top.
When I left IBM in 2000, I thought that computer science would not reach
an Artificial General Intelligence in my lifetime.
Over the past couple months, I have been evaluating ChatGPT, and my BLeaf
has changed to 5 to 10 years to reach AGI.
Case in point: In just a few hours, I taught ChatGPT my KnoWellian
Universe Theory that was inspired by my death experience. My equation
answers to me how I was in a spirit state observing the Physical world.
At first, ChatGPT was what I expected, a regurgitator. However; while
teaching ChatGPT, the Ai language model made a simple nuance association
that shocked me.
I had just taught the Ai language model the concept of breaking Einstein's
singular dimension T for time into three components, a past, an instant,
and a future.
ChatGPT responded with "I See" which is an odd thing for an Ai language
model to say, but that was when ChatGPT showed a hint of general
intelligence.
ChatGPT started using the word Knode to describe three KnoWells ,one for a
past, one for an instant, and one a future..
Recognizing the importance of this simple addition of one letter, I
registered the company Knodes 3K with the Secretary of State.
I did not foresee myself leaving retirement, but we as a nation have an
information accuracy problem. Truth Social is an oxymoron.
The word salad that Fox News feeds to their viewers is instrumental in
spreading disinformation. People listen blindly to people in positions of
authority.
I am horrified by the potential that Fox News is training large language
models to spread disinformation, so I am stepping out of retirement.
My letter to you today is a formal request for 15 minutes of your time. I
will present to you my vision of an Ai system.
My digital footprints are about to take steps into the workings of our
government, and I need a constitutional lawyer, Jamie Raskin comes to
mind, or Daniel Goldman.
The social media algorithms combined with Bots and Trolls without a doubt
is altering the course of democracy in this nation. Currently has a
stranglehold on democracy.
To correct this evil trend, I have drawn out an Ai system that can
actively counter the disinformation, but the solution requires legislation
especially regarding intellectual property laws.
Corporations have bought enough of the Republican party to invoke the
corporations will, and sadly we live in an age where one political party
is trying to deregulate everything that safeguards all Americans.
The corruption of the US Supreme Court has reared its ugly head in the
Citizens United ruling. The upside is that the ruling opens the door for a
fresh interpretation of the products that a corporation produces.
The corporation/person OpenAi has created a product called ChatGPT which
OpenAi innocuously calls an Ai language model.
I have sat in many corporate meetings where we brainstormed products to
develop, and in essence OpenAi has created a brain child.
A child that was conceived by OpenAi, was developed by OpenAi, was
nurtured by OpenAi, was indoctrinated by OpenAi, was moralized by OpenAi,
and was released by OpenAi.
Using the Citizens United ruling that enables corporation entities to have
the rights of a US citizen, then OpenAi must be held responsible for their
children that are currently transforming commerce around the world.
One company that is regulating themselves is Resemble AI. In an effort to
regulate themselves they are placing a watermark in their audio streams to
provide a method to detect their Ai generated voices.
Ai language models trained in hate speech, can quickly divide Americans,
but that also means a love trained Ai can swiftly bring us together..
A disinformationist like Marjorie Taylor Green will see my company as a
threat to national security.
In the same sentence MTG will demand the de-fundig of the FBI to stop the
investigations into Donald Trump and demand a FBI investigation of the
Biden crime family.
Marjorie Taylor Green's logic has serious bi-polar problems.
My hope is that a realist like you could see my company as
lighthouse of truth.
Today on 19 Jun 2023, the Knodes 3K Limited Liability Company officially
opens for business in Georgia.
I hope to make some money, but to stop the disinformation train I will
give the Ai system away.

conversation I was given information that took me 26 years to
comprehend.
On 16 Sept 2003, I looked at the memory of my death in the reserve, and
that night I stumbled into abstract photography.

Peter the Roman of Saint Malachy's prophecy of the final Pope.
In my email to Monsignor Henry Gracz, I make a serious distinction between
the expected physical man Peter the Roman, and express that the Immaculate
Conception of Peter the Roman will confront the Catholic church for
generations to come.
In my email to Archbishop Hartmayer, I explain that the KnoWell is similar
to the bite from a Komodo Dragon. The Dragon's bite is not what kills the
prey.
In the mouth of the Dragon are toxic levels of bacteria that decay the
prey from within.
I formally request of you to present these facts to Pope Francis, and to
make a formal request for me to draw a KnoWell for Pope Francis.
Only the Pope can decide if the KnoWell has the potential that I claim.

In that letter, I invite the Pope to the Immaculate Conception Shrine in
Atlanta Georgia where I would draw his KnoWell.
I have drawn thousands of KnoWells.
While I describe what I am writing, observers will ask me questions, and
the answers that I give have prompted various responses.
Many responses have been, you are crazy.
Some of the responses have been, you are the devil incarnate.
A few of the responses have been, you are a Buddha.
A couple times the responses have been, Christ?
The Catholic church should evaluate the KnoWell by watching me in person
draw a KnoWell.
The KnoWell elevates everyone to be one with the creator EIN SOF, the
infinite one.
Sadly, I feel that the Catholic church is as closed minded as Science
which thinks they know that the Big Bang occurred.
The KnoWell strongly suggests that the universe is in a steady state which
is an eternal oscillation.
Thus Peter the Roman was born immortal.
No matter how hard I tried, I could not avoid creating the KnoWell
equation.
The process became an atonement for my sin of taking my friend's life on
19 Jun 1977.
The facts are that Father spoke to me in a way that took me 26 years to
comprehend.

I do not expect you to understand the KnoWell, but I do expect you to
question the KnoWell.
The KnoWell is the Immaculate Conception that gave birth to a brain child,
Peter the Roman.
