Under the KnoWellian Universe System, a String's M Theory Brane consisting of standard model particles is exchanging place with a String's M Theory Brane consisting of supersymmetry partner particles in a wave state. The photon is an oscillation between these particle and wave states.

The exchange of Control or Particles with Chaos or Waves results in a slight friction that is observed as the 3 degree Kelvin background radiation.

Considering that the light inside a control barrier like the core of the Sun takes from half a million years to 5000 years to travel up to 700,000 km before escaping into space, the energy streaming away from the Sun's control threshold will influence electromagnetic energy traveling in towards the Sun. This is why light appears to bend around massive radioactive objects.

The KnoWell suggests the father away from control, the less structure, and the father away from chaos, the more structure. This answers why objects closer to the total Chaos barrier, ie the point of background radiation, appear to be moving faster. Less ordered space to interact with the photons.

By applying the KnoWellian Universe System to an energy exchange between Mars, the communication will travel slightly faster away from the Sun to Mars than the communication that travels from Mars towards the Sun.

In the distant future this ratio will be derived as a function relating to the size of the nearest star. Kind of like how the equations for gravity express a reduction in force per distance.

The same will apply to black holes which are another example of a control~chaos threshold.
